At a glance
The project enquiry prepares a brief locally and saves unfinished entries in your browser tab. It does not send a request or book a meeting. A separate browser setting remembers your theme. Data in a customer’s AI system is governed by that deployment’s arrangements.
01Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy describes personal information associated with the Sovere AI website at sovere.ai and enquiries about our business. It covers reading the website, preparing a project enquiry, saving browser preferences and choosing to contact us.
sovere.ai LLC, at Yekmalyan Street 6, Armenia, operates this website and is responsible for the personal information it receives through website-related business communications. “Sovere AI”, “Sovere”, “we” and “us” refer to this company. Our privacy contact appears below.
Personal data in a customer’s installed AI system is a separate matter. The customer decides the purposes for which that system is used. Any processing by Sovere on the customer’s behalf must be governed by the relevant service agreement, instructions and data processing terms.
02Information involved when you use the website
Information you enter
The project enquiry asks for your selected workflows, installation country, approximate number of users, full name, work email, company and industry. You may add a project note; custom installation enquiries may also include a city or region and whether an existing site is available. These details are used to prepare your enquiry locally. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential records, passwords or access credentials. There is no file-upload field.
Information needed to load the website
Your browser sends connection information, such as an IP address, requested page and browser information, to the server delivering the website. The website is hosted using Railway. Hosting and security services may record technical logs to deliver the website, operate their infrastructure and investigate misuse. See Railway’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Display preference
If you switch between light and dark themes, the website saves that choice in your browser. The preference does not include your name, email or project details.
03What happens to your enquiry
The current project form prepares a brief locally. It validates your entries, lets you move between steps and shows a local completion screen. Completing the form does not send your details to Sovere or book a meeting.
While you fill in the form, it saves the current step and your entries in this browser tab’s session storage. This lets you return after a reload. Completing the form removes those saved entries; entries can remain in the page’s memory until you leave or reload it.
If you separately send an email to Sovere, your email provider and our email service process that correspondence. We receive the contact details and information you choose to include and use them to handle your enquiry. Preparing information in the local form and sending an email are separate actions.
04Why information is used
Information is used to deliver the website, remember a display choice, preserve an unfinished enquiry in your browser and handle communications you separately choose to send. Completing the form does not sign you up for marketing.
| Activity | Purpose and basis |
|---|---|
| Business enquiries | Responding to an organisation’s representative and discussing a project: legitimate interests in business communication where permitted by applicable law. Where you personally seek a contract, necessary steps at your request may instead apply. |
| Website delivery and security | Serving requested pages and investigating misuse: legitimate interests in providing a functioning, secure website where permitted by applicable law, subject to the visitor’s rights. |
| Legal obligations | Keeping or disclosing information where a specific applicable law requires it: compliance with that obligation. |
| Optional marketing or tracking | No newsletter sign-up, advertising tracking or analytics service is configured in the website application. Any future activity requires its own disclosed purpose and applicable legal basis, including consent where required. |
The applicable basis depends on the interaction and the law governing it. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
05Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not set cookies or include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or session recording. Its fonts and product images are served with the website.
The theme preference uses local storage, a small setting saved on your device under the name sovere-theme. It stores “light” or “dark” and remains until you change it, clear the website’s browser data or your browser removes it. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings; doing so resets the display preference.
The project form uses session storage for the current step and the form entries described above. It may restore compatible entries saved by an earlier version of the form. Completing the form removes the saved entries. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed; browser session restoration may preserve it. Clear this site’s browser data to remove saved entries explicitly. Your browser may also retain information through its own autofill features.
Separately opened services have their own storage and privacy practices. If optional tracking is introduced on this website, we will update this notice and any required preference controls before that tracking starts.
06Service providers and disclosure
The project form does not transmit its saved entries to a service provider. Once you choose to communicate with Sovere, your message may be accessible to the people handling that enquiry and the providers used to deliver the correspondence.
Railway provides website hosting. Email services deliver correspondence you choose to send. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to address a legal matter or comply with applicable law. Contact us if you need information about the providers relevant to your interaction.
The website application does not sell form entries or share them for advertising.
07Where information is processed
Entries in the project form are saved in the browser on your device. Our company is based in Armenia. Website hosting and email services may process connection information or correspondence in other countries. Local AI deployment and public website data handling are separate.
Railway describes its international processing in its Privacy Policy. Processing locations depend on the provider and service involved. Contact us to ask about the providers, locations and any applicable transfer safeguards relevant to information you have sent to us.
08How long information is kept
The form removes its saved entries when it is completed. Otherwise, they remain for the browser tab’s session, subject to the browser’s restore behaviour. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data. Any copies you make are under your control. The theme preference remains in your browser as described above.
Correspondence received by Sovere is retained for the time needed to answer the enquiry, maintain the relevant business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping obligations or address a legal claim. The appropriate period depends on the communication and its purpose. Hosting providers manage technical logs under their service arrangements. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of information relating to your interaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
09Security and sensitive information
Use the website to describe the project at a general level. Arrange a suitable confidentiality agreement and transfer channel before sending customer files or other sensitive material. A business enquiry form is not an intake channel for regulated records.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, access credentials or sensitive records through ordinary email. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel for information that needs additional protection. Statements about physical control of Sovere hardware are not a guarantee about public website or email security.
10Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies and the reason information is processed, you may have the right to:
- Ask whether personal information is held and obtain access to it.
- Correct inaccurate information or request deletion in the circumstances provided by law.
- Restrict processing or receive an eligible portable copy.
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
- Complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location or the processing concerned.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests in the circumstances provided by law. Where your information is used for direct marketing, you can object to that use at any time.
A request may require proportionate identity verification. Applicable legal exceptions and response deadlines apply. Browser entries that have never been sent cannot be retrieved or deleted remotely by Sovere; you can clear them on your device. For data in your employer’s or another organisation’s installed AI system, contact that organisation first.
For website privacy questions or a request concerning information you have sent to Sovere, email info@sovere.ai with “Website privacy enquiry” in the subject. Describe your request and the relevant interaction. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.
11Children and automated decisions
The website is intended for business evaluation, not services directed at children. Please do not include a child’s information in an enquiry. If you believe such information has been sent, raise it through the contact guidance below.
This website does not run AI inference on your enquiry or make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Examples of AI applications describe possible customer deployments; their operation and governance are separate from browsing this website.
12Contact and policy updates
For website privacy questions or a request concerning information you have sent to Sovere, email info@sovere.ai with “Website privacy enquiry” in the subject. Describe your request and the relevant interaction. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.
